The cleaning jobs we do
You can judge a cleaning fast if you know where to look. Run a finger along the top of a baseboard and look at the base of the bathroom faucet. Those are the spots a rushed crew skips, and they're where we spend our time. Yocasta Holguin wrote, "The attention to detail was impressive, and every area looked fresh and well cared for."
We clean every room top to bottom
Dust falls, so we start high. Ceiling fan blades and the tops of door frames come first, then counters and fixtures. The floors go last, so nothing lands on a floor we already cleaned.
Kitchens and bathrooms take the longest, because grease and soap scum don't come off in one pass. We spray the cleaner and let it sit before we wipe. Slower. It actually works.
We ask how we did
When a clean is done, we want to know how it went. If a spot got missed, that's the thing we most want to hear, because it goes on the checklist for the next visit. Linda Pickett wrote, "The cleaning crew is hard-working and thorough."
